Hallo alle,

wenn ich jetzt eine Firma im Ausland gründen möchte, aber in Deutschland lebe,
ist das überhaupt erlaubt?

Also man darf das schon machen, viele Leute gründen eine Auslandsfirma, möglich ist das
schon.
Dein Einkommen selbst wird halt in Deutschland versteuert.
Eine Firmengründung Isle of Man ist zum Beispiel auch echt schnell möglich.
